Marco De La Torre is a senior finance and accounting leader with more than 25 years of
experience helping organizations navigate complex financial, regulatory, and operational challenges. He began his career in public accounting at KPMG and PwC, building a strong foundation in audit, compliance, and financial reporting for large,
complex enterprises.
He later held senior finance leadership roles within Fortune 500 environments, including Sony Pictures Entertainment and Netflix, and led large-scale, cross-border advisory engagements at The Goetzman Group. Marco specializes in financial reporting, compliance, audit oversight, and strategic advisory, partnering closely with founders, executive teams, and boards to bring clarity and structure to financial decision-making.
He is known for translating institutional-grade finance rigor into practical, scalable solutions that support growth without slowing the business.
Alex Pecora brings more than 25 years of finance and accounting leadership experience across media, technology, and services organizations. He began his career in audit, developing a rigorous grounding in financial controls, reporting accuracy, and
compliance that continues to shape his operator-first approach.
A controller by training, Alex has held senior finance roles at Ticketmaster and Sony Pictures Entertainment and has provided finance and controllership services to major media organizations including NBC Universal. His experience spans controllership, financial reporting, budgeting, and finance operations modernization, with a strong emphasis on leveraging technology to improve efficiency and insight.
Alex works closely with founders to build finance functions that are audit-ready, operationally sound, and capable of supporting rapid scale.
Danny Sacchetto is an accomplished finance and accounting executive with more than 27 years of experience leading financial operations, systems transformation, and senior-level advisory engagements. His background includes finance leadership roles at Sony Pictures Entertainment and advisory work supporting a range of Fortune 500 organizations.
Mr. Sacchetto has delivered finance and accounting advisory services to companies including California Pizza Kitchen, helping leadership teams strengthen financial controls, improve reporting, and drive operational improvements. He has also led
engagements for media and entertainment organizations such as Crunchyroll and NBC Universal, supporting finance transformation and scalable operating models.
Danny brings a pragmatic, execution-oriented approach, partnering with founders and executives to build finance functions that enable confident decision-making and sustainable growth.
